Dog Training….Unraveled

Unwanted hair

Dogs shed. That’s what they do best. I have pugs, who are the most champion shedders in the canine universe. I also have a lab who’d no slouch in the hair loss department either. The collie’s hair you can always spot, those long white hairs attached to her pillow or bed, or woven into a nice rug in the corner because she’s such an overachiever.

I’ve lived with dog hair all my life, got over sleeping in it, don’t care too much if I ingest it - I do wonder about the eventual hairball problem I’ll have - and I don’t even see it anymore on my clothes. I’ve had it stuck in my belly button, and blown it out of my nose. Today though, today I got a new one. A lovely black labrador hair EMBEDDED IN MY FOOT! Like a splinter - creepy huh? How I managed to wedge a dog hair into my skin is beyond me, but there ya go……..

  1. I live with a Boxer, and just recently have been getting his hair embedded into the bottoms of my feet. Its only been for the past few months. I have had him for years!

I can’t explain it, but they hurt like the bugger!
