Today when my not-so-flat faced Greyhound/lab mix trotted her chocolatey brindle self across the living room, my very petite tabby (about as big a Lana’s head) raced across the Pergot “like” floors. She leaped up in a furry swatting fit to attack the dog’s tail. Lana trots on, not even noticing. the cat starts her land, trying to puff up and and go sideways at the same time as she passes Lana. She lands, she slides about three feet, trying to grab the floor at the same time. WOMP! She hits the kitchen cabinet, leaps up, arches her back, has that “fierce” look then runs smack into Lana’s face (who is looking for mysterious treats on the floor).Lana licks the cat who shrinks back as if alien goober slime has attacked her. She backs up, then leaps from the couch, to the top of the office chair , races back across the floor and rebounds off the cushy chair in all her puffy fierceness, leaps back into the chair and awaits her next victim.
Man, these guys crack me up.
