I live in a condo complex and if somebody did that I'd be pissed off. I have one dog that I let off the leash when we go from the car inside or if I'm just in the garage. She comes when she's called and doesn't even go visit other passing dogs. We don't have any dbags around here though that don't leash their own dogs if they aren't behaved. That’s totally lame! We were hiking along just fine, she was happy and super well behaved. All dogs are supposed to be leashed there. Just as we are approaching the last quarter, a Dalmation runs straight uphill at us with no apparent owner. Ears flapping, making a bee-line towards Lana. Lana gave Dalmation a warning bark, it keeps coming. Lana gives another warning bark. Then a man starts yelling at Lana and looking at me like I'm an idiot for letting Lana yap.... "Hey, Hey, HEY" like Lana is doing something wrong. I had my dog on a leash, I had control of her. So as, he runs past me, trying to catch his dog, and other dogs are barking at the "in your face" dog, I mention rather loudly that "that is why your dog is supposed to be on a leash".
